Some little things that I'm truly grateful for in more than three months of no household help.
- None of us got terribly sick. Although may konting sakit, manageable naman.
- We live across my parents house, so kampante ako na if I need help may matatakbuhan ako.
- we live in a cheap community where there are sari-sari stores, nagtitinda ng champorado, sorbetero and magtataho.
- deliveries - water and gas.
- extended vacation for Yuan
- hindi marumi sa damit ang mga anak at asawa ko, so laundry is not too heavy of a task.
- nice weather that dries laundered clothes easily.
- Facebook for venting my rants and raves.
- a very supportive hubby and 2 very loving kids.
Unloading thoughts and sharing memories...they may be toxic if kept for a long time. hehehe :)

That Little Lady
So she's saying goodbye after nine years, goodbye to Malacanang that is. She has her flaws, mistakes, misjudgments but I've seen improvements in Pinas during her term. And though most people put that aside, I won't. Besides, it's always better to look in the brighter side of things, in the better side of people than the bad. Some may not directly be her own projects but they happened during her administration, her term....
Roads : SCTEX, improved NLEX, improved SLEX, Star Tollway, SLEX-Star connection, improved road going to Laiya resorts, widened R-10, Macapagal
Transpo: Airports, RO-RO, the rise of budget airlines, LRT2, MRT-LTR loop, satellite LTO offices for driver's license/NBI clearance renewal, pedestrian walkways
Tourism: holiday economics, Japanese and Korean students/tourists, improved Boracay, Laiya and the rise of several other resorts and hotels, Resort World, Ocean Park
Malls and Gimik Places: Greenbelt 3,4,5 ; Glorietta 5, Trinoma, Podium, SM the Block, MOA, Puregold supermarkets, Bonifacio Highstreet, Powerplant
Entertainment: Concerts by international artists, Pacquiao at his best, local franchise of international game shows and reality shows
Real Estate : high-rise and low-rise housing, Nuvali and real estate developments in Laguna, Las Pinas, Bulacan, Antipolo
Others - disarming of the Ampatuans, automated elections, e-seervices (NSO documents, passport applications)
